Hotkeys

Space
Start recording.
While recording: stumble. Cuts back at least 3 s, to the nearest pause between words, and pauses.
While paused: resume. Plays the last 3 s, then punches back in where it ends.
Enter
Stop without cutting (only the last 0.1 s, so the key click isn't kept).
During a pre-roll: cancel it.

Use headphones: the pre-roll plays through your speakers otherwise, and the mic will hear it.
